Hi!
The title 「ほかの県けんに出でかけてもよくなって１か月」has some mistakes.
I understand that you wanted to put yomigana after kanji. But it looks a little strange.
So I named the mp3 as 「ほかの県に出かけてもよくなって１か月」.

If you want furigana (or yomigana) written in that style, you can write it like this;
ほかの県（けん）に出（で）かけてもよくなって
