There is a certain inconsistency in how URLs are pronounced. I'd always say it like I do in the recording: If it's an English URL I say it in English, like we generally do with a lot of English expression. So I'd say "dot com". If it's an German URL I wouldn't pronounce anything for "dot" but just add "de". But this surely varies with the speaker.
