The Gingerbread Man
A cookie jumped right off the pan.
The door was open, so out he ran.
First, he passed a spotted cow
who said: "I think I'll eat you now!"
But Cookie, he just ran and ran,
singing: "You can't catch me, I'm the Gingerbread Man!"
Second, he passed a farmer boy
who said: "I'll eat you, what a joy!"
But Cookie, he just ran and ran,
singing: "You can't catch me, I'm the Gingerbread Man!"
Third, he reached a river wide,
where a fox said: "Would you like a ride?"
When the Cookie shouted: "Yes, oh yes!"
the wise fox ate him. Did you guess?
