Cohabitation findings - Home visit

We, M. and R., both police inspectors, judicial police officers - assistant prosecutors of the king, both dressed in civilian clothes and associated with team "human trafficking, prostitution and fictitious marriage" of the local police zone, bring to the attention of mister substitute attorney of the king:
On the above-mentioned date and time, we proceed to the hearing of SNAUWAERT Kim (born in Eeklo on March 16, 1986) and VYAZEMSKAYA Anna (born in Moscow, Russia on September 17, 1989) on regard of their marriage in Ghent on August 3, 2018.
After the interrogation of SNAUWAERT Kim and VYAZEMSKAYA Anna, we move with them to their home located in 9051 Ghent (Sint Denijs Westrem), Leiepark 19 to carry out our findings.
SNAUWAERT Kim and VYAZEMSKAYA Anna both give us their formal permission to search their home so that we can collect all the elements of living together. They both sign a specially prepared document for this purpose, which is attached to the current certificate in Annex 5.
We start our visitation on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 12.05.
The home of SNAUWAERT Kim and VYÃZEMSKAYA Anna is a detached home - villa. The property is composed of an entrance hall, a kitchen, a living room, a veranda / work space, a separate toilet, a heatroom and a room on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the second floor there is another room.
There is a large, wide shoe cupboard in the entrance hall with several pairs of men's, women's and children's shoes. There is another series of shoes in front of that shoe cupboard.
There are several vests and jackets in one of the corners, both men's and women's models.
From the hall you can enter the kitchen, the living room and a night hall where you can find a separate toilet, the heating room and a room.
There is a fully installed kitchen.
There is a separate toilet.
There is a heating room .
There is also a room on the ground floor.
Kim and Anna tell us that this room was used by Jimmy Hendrix last summer, but that person has left.
There is a single bed in that room. The bed is made and the down blanket is open. There is a drying rack in front of the bed and laundry hanging on it. in one of the corners of the room stands a washing machine.
In the living room of the house is a table with four chairs around it.
There is a drawing table.
There is a corner salon with various blankets and pillows.
Kim and Anna tell us that salon is not used for sleeping.
There is another two-seater and a long table.
From the living room you can enter a porch / work space.
In that room there is a table with five chairs around it. On the table is a computer screen.
There is a piano and a second table, a small square table with two chairs around it.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms and a bathroom.
The first bedroom is used by Kim's daughter Lyke.
There is a double bed in that room.
The second bedroom is used by David.
There is a double mattress on the floor in that room.
The third bedroom is used by Peter's son.
There is a double bed in that room.
The fourth bedroom is used by Kim and Anna themselves.
There is a round bed in that room.
Kim tells us that Anna wanted to buy that because she knew that during their investigation the police would ask which partner actually slept on which side of the bed.
There are two pillows and a down blanket on the bed. There are no covers on the down blanket and the pillows.
There is also a desk in the room.
There are three racks on which women's clothes hang. There is a double chest of drawers and in it lies the lingerie of Kim and Anna.
Kím tells us that we will find little lingerie since it is all in the wash.
The bathroom is equipped with a double washbasin, a bathtub and a toilet.
Two cups have twenty toothbrushes on display.
There are care and beauty products.
There are two bath towels that are in use.
There is an overflowing linen basket by the bathtub.
We end our visit on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 12.15 p.m.
