ことしの春闘で、トヨタ自動車の労使交渉は、１６日の集中回答日を前に、月額
１５００円のベースアップを行うことで事実上、決着しました。
ことしの春闘で、トヨタの労働組合は月額３０００円のベースアップを要求していました。これに対して経営側は、新興国経済の減速や円高で経営環境が厳しさを増すなか、要求水準は高すぎると主張し、大詰めの調整が続けられてきました。
