I took this from a worksheet. Just looking at it again, is it correct to always use это here or should it be changing to agree with gender & number (like чей is)?
Это doesn't change when meaning "this is"/"these are":
Это стол / лампа / окно/ столы / лампы...
However when it means "this" (demonstrative pronoun) it does changes:
Этот стол.
Эта лампа.
Это окно.
Эти столы / лампы / окна.
