普通の人は 勉強しないとこの本を読むのが難しい と思いますが、私 は 楽に読 め ました。故に色 ん な微妙な事 は 分か らない と思います
先生の奥様 は可哀想です。私の夫の性格が結婚式の後に全然変わったら何をするかな。デート中の性格は嘘ですか、結婚は間違いですか?その時私が多分離婚したいと思いますが明治時代に離婚する事は禁止かもしれません。

I don't really get the connection of these sentences.
You wrote "I read the book easily." and "So, I think I don't get delicate things".
I thought it might be understandable if it went as "I read the book easily." "But I think I don't get delicate things". That's how I rewrote Japanese.
I hope it was all right. If it is a bad mistake, I apologize and would love to record again!
