Hola, esta oración suena un poco rara a mis oídos. Yo diría "debe ponerse EL cinturón". No sé si en otras variantes se diría así.
Hi, this sentence sounds a bit strange to me. I'd say "debe ponerse EL cinturón". I don't know if your sentence is correct in other varieties of Spanish.
