English Audio Request

I ineffectively learnt English for many years. Unfortunately, Polish schools focus mainly on grammar and boring exercises. For example, although you are unable to speak, they teach you to write. Additionally, I wasn't motivated to learn English during my elementary, college and university days. I simply did not devote much of my time to learn English. But now my attitude has changed and I am extremely motivated. I feel like learning English every day. I abstain from complaining and focus on working.
How I learn English today.
I have a few methods. For example, I work with an English textbook whose structure is like the Assimil Language Learning System. On the left there are dialogues in English and on the right, the same are written in Polish.
This book focuses mainly on funny dialogues covering real-life situations. I learn 1 or 2 lessons each day. At first, I listen to the dialogues a few times. Then, I check the words or sentences which I don’t understand. That’s very easy to do because the text is in both the languages; English & Polish. Next, I listen to it a few more times. Finally, I add the newly learnt sentences to my excel file.
