I uploaded a file for this request yesterday and it went fine. Not sure why it's not there now. Will try again with mp3.
I want to help out on this site since I am receiving a lot of help myself, but I have some slight reservations about this project: 1) is this something that is going to use commercially? If it was open source, non-commercial I'd have no reservation. 2) I think that in order to teach a language, you have to speak it yourself.. Call me old-fashioned...

From the Terms of Service: "All user-submitted text and audio content on Rhinospike.com is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License." That means that any mp3s you upload to this site can be copied, shared, adapted, remixed, distributed, etc. as long as you are credited as the creator. The license does not prohibit commercial use, however.

I plan to use the mp3s on my own website to help others learn Swedish words and phrases. I am not a Swedish teacher, but I adapt public domain Swedish materials into grammar & vocabulary tutorials and put them on the internet for other language learners to use for free.
If you do not want your mp3s to be used, you should delete them immediately. By uploading them to this site, you have already agreed to the Terms of Use.

I don't get this; are you going to teach Swedish but you don't speak it yourself?
