Sure, as you know my name is sam.
Over the years I built up tourism experience and have a passion for customer service.
I developed teamwork and communication skills with guests from all over the world.
I’m positive, fast learner so if you give me a task, I’ll learn it quickly so they will always be done on time.
And you have my word if you hire me in this position, I’ll perform to a very high standard, and provide exceptional service to the guest.

Why you want this job?
I was actually a guest at this hotel before. It was my first time staying at a 5-star hotel and left me a really good impression.
So, when I saw that there was an opportunity to join the team here,
I knew it would be the perfect fit for my passion for hospitality and customer service.
I’ll do my best to create memorable experiences for guests, just like the one I had during my stay here.

How did you heard about this position?
I had a great experience staying at this hotel before.
so, when I saw an opening for a front desk position, I was eager to apply and join the team.

Why we hire you?
I believe you should hire me because I am quick learner who can work with minimum supervision and produce excellent result.
In addition, my previous experience in customer service roles, such as a casino dealer has given me the skills needed to handle various customer needs.

Strength
One of my strengths is I’m a fast learner and accommodate to new situations.
This skill was useful when I worked as an accountant, despite having no prior background or knowledge in the field.
I quickly learned the necessary concepts and software as an accountant and received positive feedback from colleagues and supervisors.

Weakness
I tend to have a hard time saying no to people, but I'm learning to set boundaries and now, before I say yes to things, I take my time to make sure I do have the capacity.

Why you leave last position?
Well, while I enjoyed my time at my previous position, I still have a strong interest in the tourism field, and I am looking for a new challenge in a different setting. I believe that my skills and experience would be a great fit for this position.

Best achievement?
One of my best achievements was when I worked as an accountant without any prior background or knowledge in the field.
Despite the challenge, I was able to excel in my role and they offered me a full-time job.

Fail?
In my previous position, I made an error in some paperwork by writing the wrong dates. I immediately reported it to my manager. I took full responsibility for the mistake and worked to resolve the issue, ensure that there were no penalties or negative impacts. I learned from this experience and double-checked in my work to prevent similar mistakes in the future.

Salary Expectation
I would need somewhere between 2500 and a 3 thousand a month
well, that would work fine for me

Where did you learn English?
I learned English in school in my home country, and I have been practicing and improving my skills with native speakers during my travels and working in abroad.

How would you deal with a conflict with a coworker?
If I had a conflict with a coworker, I would listen and try to understand their point of view and approach them to resolve the issue. If we couldn't come to a resolution on our own, I would suggest involving a manager or a neutral third party to help mediate the situation.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In five years, I see myself hopefully still working for your company, and having advanced to a higher level within the organization.

What’s your ideal work environment?
My ideal work environment is positive, collaborative, and supportive with a team-oriented atmosphere working towards a common goal.

What experience relevant this role?
From a casino dealer to a hotel front desk position has provided me with relevant experience in customer service, handling cash, financial transactions and working in a fast-paced environment.

Other people would describe me as driven, enthusiastic, and someone they can rely on to help them out at short notice.
