I created (©!) very short stories to help my students learn 10-12 irregular verbs at a time.
Please record the story (I would like both a British accent and an American accent; natural speed with the verbs pronounced clearly!), then the verbs! Thanks a lot for your help! Do not hesitate to improve this story!
I SAW a magpie in the garden this morning. I TOOK my camera and HELD it firmly with my hands to take a picture of the bird. The magpie STOLE a small shining stone near the pond, and then it SPREAD its wings and ROSE high in the sky. It FLEW for a few minutes before landing on a branch. I SENT the picture to my best friend.
