Patient : I had some mushrooms which I suspect were not very good.
Doctor : I see, this looks like food poisoning. So, you must not eat for 24 hours and you must drink a lot of water. If you are not better then, come back to see me.
Patient : All right Doctor, thank you.

Patient : I'm not too well, to be honest.
Doctor : What's wrong ?
Patient : I went to the beach yesterday, and fell asleep and I think I have sunburn.
Doctor : Well, let me see.... mmmmm ... yes, you do have severe sunburn. You must apply this soothing cream three times a day, and avoid exposing yourself for at least 3 days.
Patient : Okay...
Doctor : and from now on, remember you must apply complete sunblock at least 15 to 20 minutes before going out in the sun.
