Today I am posting about one of the remedies that my Chinese friend emailed me a few days ago.
To tell you the truth, I didn’t read it all yet, just I read a part of beginning, but I would tell you about it first.
I feel this is a good way to stay healthy.
We know that a 'half bath' is very good for blood circulation, but if it is too cumbersome or inconvenient for you, you can use this 'foot bath'.
Then you can have the same benefits just by using the easy method.
If you are interested in this method, you can try it once, and wait to see this effect.
It especially helps to overcome fatigue from traveling, long walks, or after rough days at work.
This method is also said to have benefits for old people who do not have good circulation.
If you do it before going to bed, it will help you sleep well. You can suggest it to your parents.

今天我想发一个关于养生 [yǎngshēng]保健 [bǎojiàn]法的帖 [tiē]。
这是几天前我的一个中国的老朋友发给我的邮件内容。
说实话我没看完,不过看了前部分后,想先给你们介绍介绍。
我觉得这是很好的养生 保健法之一。
我知道“半身浴法”也对血液 循环 [xuèyè xúnhuán]挺好,不过有时候觉得麻烦或不方便的时候,用这个“方法泡脚”的话,即简单却又能获得有很好的效果。
对这方面有兴趣的朋友们可以在阅读以后试一试,观察一下效果如何吧。
尤其是在旅行的时候,走了远路,或者工作后感觉疲劳 [píláo]的时候,消除 [xiāochú]疲劳的效果不错。
对血液 循环不良的老人,这方法会帮助循环,效果挺好的。
在睡觉之前泡 [pāo]一泡 [pāo]脚的话,更容易能达到很优质 [yōuzhì]的睡眠。
年轻的朋友们也可以给父母推荐 [tuījiàn],也挺好的。
오늘은 며칠 전 옛 중국친구가 보내준 건강관리법을 올리려고 한다. 솔직히 말하자면, 아직 다 읽지는 못하고 앞의 일부만 읽어 보았지만, 여러분께 먼저 소개하려고 한다. 이 족욕법은 매우 좋은 건강관리법같아 보인다. '반신욕'이 혈액순환에 무척 좋은 것은 알고 있지만, 가끔 귀찮거나 번거로룰때는 이' 족욕법'이 간편하면서도 또한 훌륭한 효과를 얻을 수 있으니, 관심이 있는 분은 읽어 본 후 직접 해 보고, 그 효과를 느껴 보기 바란다. 특히 여행한 날이나, 먼길을 걸었거나, 일이 끝나고 피곤을 느낄 때, 피로회복에 좋은 효과가 있을 것 같다. 더군다나 혈액순환이 잘 안 되는 노인은 이 방법이 혈액 순한을 도와 주므로, 족욕을 한 뒤 잠자리에 들면 편안한 잠자리가 될 것 것 같다. 젊은 친구들은 부모님께 권해 드리면 참 좋을 듯 하다.
