When to use bbb interpretation service and how?
Whenever and wherever in Korea, if foreigners encounter communicative problems in Korean, they just need to call 1588-5644(no area code is necessary), and they will be connected to one of the BBB volunteer interpreters. It does not matter where they are as it covers the whole Korea peninsular.

If you dont have a mobile phone in Korea, simply show the BBB card to any Korean, so that he/she can help you via their mobile phone. ??BBB cards are available at the airport, subway and the tourist information centers for free.
