Right now on my cellphone I've got two text messages about going out
this weekend. One is to go drinking at a pub with my friends and
another is to go to an all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink
restaurant for another friend's birthday. The thing is that part of
me wants to do both of these things. Another part knows that I don't
want to keep living like this. So anyway, I've decided to take 3
months of purely healthy living and I'll let you know how the
experience goes, both the positives and the negatives.
If you are thinking of doing something like this, I hope you join me
and share your experience. It'll be easier if we do something like
