Could you kindly correct my English?
Both words are only using in business situation. Long time ago, we were only using 貴社in written material and conversation, however there are same sound words 帰社、記者 which very confusing so that to prevent misunderstanding in modern Japanese we use separately

Both words are only used in business situations. A long time ago, we were only using 貴社 in written material and in conversations. However there are words that have the same sound - 帰社 and 記者 - which created confusion. So to prevent misunderstanding, in modern Japanese we use them in separate situations.
