Hi! I’m Greg! I’m 16 years old. Today I am going to tell you how I managed to go to New York on my own. The most difficult thing to do was to convince my mother. Her first reaction was “No way!” She said I was too young, it was too dangerous and too expensive.
So, I went back to my room and I planned my trip.
First, I found an exchange student programme.
Then,I counted how much money I had and how I could earn more money. I wrote “10 reasons why I must go to New York” and finally I promised to skype her every day. And you know what? She accepted.
