May you please read the text twice - natural and then, slow speed? The text is from a textbook for sixth graders.

Are Robots the Future?
Jane Blake, September 1

Robots work in many places like hospitals, factories, and airports. Robots don’t get sick and don’t get tired, so they are able to work all day and night. They also don’t make mistakes so the things they make always work perfectly. However, they can run out of energy so they need to recharge sometimes. They also don’t have feelings so some people think they can’t do all jobs. Finally, robots can break but they can be fixed by people. This is a good thing because people need jobs.

    Are Robots the Future?
    Jane Blake, September 1

Robots work in many places like hospitals, factories, and airports.  Robots don’t get sick and don’t get tired, so they are able to work all day and night.  They also don’t make mistakes¹ so the things they make always work perfectly.  However, they can run out of energy so they need to recharge sometimes.  They also don’t have feelings so some people think they can’t do all jobs.  Finally, robots can break but they can be fixed by people.  This is a good thing because people need jobs.

¹I _hope_ we’re not teaching our sixth-graders that robots (or computers) are infallible.  Both are programmed by fallible human beings!

You may notice in the recording there's never the sound of taking a breath. We robots don't need to breathe, either, so we can work in outer space, underwater, or in places that are poisonous!

(OK, I'm really human, but I removed all the breathing sounds.)

Haha. Thank you very much. I'm sure I will note these points to my students. :))
