Today is the first day I've done any recordings. I am a bit nervous. I hope this was alright.

I also added "May I borrow a pen" (Used in a classroom).

We don't typically say "Do you have a pen for me" unless it's a pen that I brought just for you, and it's special in some way. Instead:
Do you have a pen I can borrow?
or
Could I borrow a pen?
