My comments on the original wording where it differs from my recording. Subjective: not used a lot in spoken English. I changed most of these in my recording to the indicative.
'I really love' something following by 'and will suggest it' sounds odd to my ears, as 'really love' sounds very enhtusiastic and 'suggest' by comparison sounds tentative in this sentence particularly as the suggestion applies to ''everyone'. However, 'I found it helpful and will suggest it to everyone', sounds OK to me.
Similarly with the doctor 'suggesting' eating less as a general statement. The doctor is qualified and would 'recommend' things applied to people in general. In spoken English, 'The doctor told me to eat less' is more likely to be heard. In specific situations 'suggest' is fine, 'The doctor suggested I try eating less', particularly in my case as I didn't follow the doctor's advice, so 'suggested' seems appropriate too.
