菊地 凛子（きくち りんこ、Rinko Kikuchi, 1981年1月6日 - ）は、日本の映画女優。本名は菊地 百合子（きくち ゆりこ）。所属事務所はアノレ。
ここ50年でアカデミー賞にノミネートされた唯一の日本人女優である。日本人女優のノミネートは1957年『サヨナラ』で助演女優賞を受賞したミヨシ・ウメキ以来であり、存命するアカデミー賞ノミネート経験のある日本人女優は菊地のみである。
