Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions is the best for gloves, robes, winter cloaks and pointed hats. To buy a telescope and crystal phials, you can go to Slug and Jigger Apothecary. For your wand, go to Ollivander's. Finally, if you want an owl or a toad, go to the magical menagerie.
Not sure how great this particular passage will be to learn English since it is mostly proper names of stores that don't exist and names of items that you will probably never need to say in English. Good luck anyway.
