Proline DURA-ECO SEAL is a water based, low VOC sealer with the wet look of sol-vent based sealers in a formulation that is eco-friendly. It can be used over most Proline cementitious toppings, chemical stains and color hardened architectural concrete (stamped or flat). Ideal for exterior and interior use, DURA-ECO SEAL is low odor, will not yellow, and has excellent UV stability.
► With DURA-GRIP added for slip resistance, makes an excellent pool deck finish, with good
resistance to chlorine, algaecides, biocides and other chemicals.
APPLICATION: Protect surrounding areas. Stir thoroughly before using. For best results we recommend two thin coats. All coats should be applied with brush, roller or airless sprayer. If puddles occur, immediately brush or roll out. Apply DURA-ECO SEAL only when air and surface temperature is between 50°F (10°C) rising and 90° F (32° C) and cooling.
DRY TIME: Completely dry time varies depending on ambient temperature, humidity and other conditions. In general, DURA-ECO SEAL will be dry to the touch in 15 to 20 minutes, completely dry in one hour. Keep foot traffic off for 4 to 8 hours, and wait up to 48 hours driving over or parking vehicles.
MAINTENANCE: Regular cleaning with DURA-CLEAN is recommended. Periodically check the surface for worn areas, particularly in high traffic locations. Reapply as needed. DURA-WAX can be used to prolong the life of the coating.
STORAGE: Shelf life is approximately 12 months when kept in a tightly sealed container, in a cool, dry environment.
DO NOT allow DURA-ECO SEAL to freeze.
