Laura, note that "have to" is pronounced [hæftǝ]. Also after words that end with [n], the word "to" is often pronounced as [dǝ] in rapid speech - as in this example: "learn to" [lrndǝ].

Ok, thank you! Does "tǝ" apply for the word "today"? I've noticed some people pronounce "to" in the word "today" very softly. They don't pronounce "twoday".

Yes. TODAY is always pronounced with [tǝ] by 99% of speakers.
