Just registered, sorry if I am doing something wrong.

But questions in Russian can be read differently, like "Это моё СЛОВО?" and "Это МОЁ слово?", and even "ЭТО моё слово?".

Also, I think questions impossible to say in a flat tone. Not sure if that's Russian language thing... Otherwise, you should not add "?" at the end and that would make statements out of questions.

Yeah, karina_Riga asks "это МОЁ слово?", but Lusia asks "это моё СЛОВО?".

You're right. Questions can't be in a flat tone. Maybe the author meant something else under the pitch.
"это моё СЛОВО? " means "word, not sententence, phrase or something else"
"это МОЁ слово?" someone asks if it "my, not your, his, our etc. word"
In other words, it depends on the context.
