Before recording, I'd like to ask a question.
Your sentences are fine, but there are two styles in them, ですます調 and だ、である調.
Former is polite way, sounds like someone narrates the sentences.
Latter is normal way, used in definition in the dictionary for example.
Both are fine, but the bottom line is we don't mix them in one article. (except the author deliberately does for some special effects)

So I'd like to choose either style and correct some sentences.
Which do you prefer, ですます調 like in the first sentence, or だ、である調 like in the third one?

"Stopping at the noun style" like in the forth sentence sounds more like だ、である調 but it can be used in ですます調 with no problem.
